Unit 213 | Island View Townhouse

Skylights over the stairs, on both floors.

Two Floors, Both Facing South

Unit 213 faces south, over the central gardens, across the tin roofs of Old Town, and out toward the seaport and Mallory Square. The interior runs 3,265 square feet across the two floors, beneath a living room ceiling of fourteen feet, with skylights over the stairwell and ten-foot ceilings in the bedrooms.

Three bedrooms, three and a half baths, sleeping eight. Terraces run 627 square feet across the two floors, and above them sits the largest rooftop of any residence in the building, 1,518 square feet, with a private garden forty feet by forty, a plunge pool, a gas grill and a covered lounge.

Unit 213 Curated Photograph Collection

The photographs run through both floors of Unit 213, the kitchen, the bedrooms, the stairwell under its skylights and the roof above. The kitchen carries Viking appliances, a six-burner gas stove, a double oven, a microwave and a compactor among them, set against granite countertops and custom cabinetry. Floors are wood, stone and ceramic, ceiling fans turn in the living areas, the heating and cooling run in two zones, and the laundry is full size. None of this was built for a rental. It was built for an owner.

Every window here is green-tinted glass rated to 155 mph, with generator feeds behind them.

Almost an acre of mature planting at ground level, and the windows here look south over it.

THE LAYOUT

Two Floors, and
627 Feet of Terrace

Sound-rated walls and floor systems, with skylights that carry daylight down the stairwell.

You park inside the gated garage and step into an elevator that serves this home alone. It runs from your parking space up through both floors and on to the roof garden above. There is no lobby to cross and no hallway to share. Deeded parking comes with this residence, inside a structure that meets its own parking requirement, so the grounds outside stay lawn and gardens.

Twelve residences.
We will narrow it down to two.

The even-numbered residences face north, over the working harbor and the boats. The odd-numbered ones face south, over the gardens and tin roofs of Old Town, with fourteen-foot living room ceilings and skylights over the stairwell.

Neither is better. Tell us your dates and what matters more to you, and we will do the narrowing. Every reservation is handled personally here, by the month or by the year.
